We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of a software solution dedicated to performance analysis in drilling operations to final Clients, such as Major Oil and Gas Operators as well as Service Contractors. The role involves managing the project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the project to ensure it meets its objectives within scope, schedule, and budget constraints

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and data analysts to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines

· Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to effectively manage project activities and milestones

· Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle

· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals

· Communicate project progress, status updates, and key decisions to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, and presentations

· Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment to promote innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

· Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements in software development and project management

Qualifications

Mandatory: 3+ year of experience in Well Drilling Activities (HQ/on-site/drilling software)
Mandatory: 1+ year of previous experience as Project Manager
BSc in Petroleum Engineering or similar courses
